Need to transfer billing to a new computer

Help. I am unable to obtain "contact us" info on your web site. My computer crashed, I purchased a new computer, downloaded moviestorm again but they put me on a new 7 day free trial. I need to cancel the automatic monthly deduction from my credit card and transfer it to my new computer. Please resond ASAP.

Also, I had purchased some features when I first signed up and need to transfer them as well

You can contact the Moviestorm support team by sending an email to support.team AT moviestorm DOT co DOT uk. Alternatively, open a new ticket on our support portal at www.support.moviestorm.co.uk.

There is no need to get a new moviestorm account for your new computer - simply do the install from the website (I think you have done it already), and log in with your previous account name and password.
Moviestorm should then download all the content you had previously bought, and install it on your new computer.
