When your in the material window in the Modshop, there are some big buttons in the upper left. One of them is labeled "Diffuse" followed by the window where you set your texture. This path needs to be within the MS hierarchy. You may also need to click on said button and set the color in the pop-up window to white.

Look in "you're addon/data/puppets/male or female/costumes/textures" If your texture is located here MS should be able to find it. You can then set the texture path in the Modshop to look there.

In general MS cannot see textures further back then in the file structure than the "Data" folder in your Moviestorm 1.4 directory. This last bit is what I meant.

If your puppet can take an image in the dressing room, then its easy to have many costumes, as the mapping is the same when images are applied this way as they are in the Modshop.

Wait how are you susposed to get to the file in the workshop?
In the workshop the files you can choose from goes Data... and so on.
