Dont know if this is of any use to anyone, or if its old news, but I found this DDS Converter and thought I would post it here since similar posts have helped me get going in MS.

Hi lenny... I was thinking a free and handy resource, you might want to post it in this thread started by Michelle?:

I've been trying to edit the texture of Tuxedo 1 from the Mixed Customs 01 add-on package. I've finally figured out how to make it all white, but I am lost as to how to retain black shoes, bow-tie, and buttons. Unfortunately, aside from Mr. Joyce's tutorial, which helped, but as I came aboard at the start of the public beta, I don't have the mod workshop. I've seen stuff about wall re-texturing and the like, but virtually nothing on clothing. RevDoug does have a nice space ranger shirt though. To borrow a line from Pulp Fiction, can someone how to explain how to do this as if they were talking to a five-year old.

Any help for those of us just one step beyond n00b would be greatly appreciated.

It is one place where The Sims2 are way beyond us.
